I got a great car and am happy with it except for one thing. Two days after I bought my new car the My Link system went out, I turned on and off the car three times and it didn't go back on. I was running around doing errands so I went to another store and was in there for a while, and when I started the car the system went back on. While it was off, I couldn't see what the heat was set on, the radio didn't work and there was no backup camera, the screen was completely black. I brought it in and the service team couldn't find the problem. So we thought maybe it was just a fluke. Two weeks ago it happened again, 3 times in 2 days. So I brought the car in last week. The service team had my car from Tuesday to Friday and couldn't duplicate the problem. The service team was great and I know the did everything they could to find the problem. I've had my car back now for 4 days and the problem hasn't happened again, I'm just waiting for it to. It is a nice new car and I have already had to take it in for service twice, I'm not happy with this. I'm happy with the team at Bill Kay, Bill and Mark are outstanding, I'm just not happy having to bring my new car in for service. More
After shopping prices at several dealerships for a 2014 Impala Bill Kay gave the best price on their first time out. They didn't know I was shopping them out and still gave the best car price out of the other three dealerships I visited. The next closest price was $1100.00 higher. John Forkal was a pleasure to d business with. He didn't use the typical sales pressure tactics that you run into. He took the time to explain the car and it s features and worked up the best price in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain some other incentives I didn't know were available to us and it saved us an extra $750.00 more beating the next dealer by a total of $1850.00. I recommend Bill Kay and will be using them in the future. More
