The entire experience of purchasing our new 2014 Equinox was excellent from the minute we began talking with Karl Kay at Bill Kay Chevrolet. Little did we know when we drove to Bill Kay for a car wash for o was excellent from the minute we began talking with Karl Kay at Bill Kay Chevrolet. Little did we know when we drove to Bill Kay for a car wash for our 2005 Malibu, that we would purchase a new vehicle trading in our 2008 Impala. Karl Kay, our salesman was very professional, answering all our questions, taking us for a test drive, getting us the best price without the traditional talking to the Sales Manager to pressure the sale, and most of all he trusted our return with the Registration, Title and most important the check to purchase the Equinox. He and the Bill Kay dealership made it a very hassle free event. I say event, because the purchase of a new car is a rather big event in ones life. And if the entire event is a hassle free experience what a tribute to the Bill Kay management team and the Sales team to convey that message to their customers. Of course, we know Bill Kay Chevrolet well since we have purchased cars there in past. Mark Bowling in Service always welcomes you with a smile and treats you as a valued customer. Sean and David were professional as well, not pressuring you into purchasing extras, explaining what they were there to say and do, but listening to your response without making you feel as if you didn't have a brain cell working. Therefore to sum up our experience, it was excellent from start to finish. We thank Karl Kay and the Bill Kay team for a wonderful hassle free car purchase event. My buying experience at Bill Kay Chevrolet was by far one of the best, if not the best, buying experiences I encountered.........and I have done more than my share of purchasing cars! What brought me into the dealership was the 2014 Imapala. What will keep me a customer is Bill Baresch. And oh yes, Jason Kolodzinski was most impressive too! But Bill's approach to the sales process was trully amazing. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and thorough. He was terrific on follow-ups and demonstrates a real concern that the car and the process was oriented to the needs of the consumer. Hopefully if Jason gets to read this review it should motivate him to give Bill a raise!!! More
