Called and made an appt with Scott for Saturday morning. Got there around 1130 and after a 5 min wait, Rich came and processed my request for LOF and readjusting tire pressure. Went to the waiting area that has been redone and now the chairs are comfortable and it is nicer to sit to wait. In about 45 mins Rich came to tell me that my car was ready and it had been washed. Less time then I thought it would take. I pass many oil change businesses on my way to Bill Kay, but it is worth it to know everything is done right and checked. Then the bonus is that my car is washed. Rich was friendly and listened to my questions. He tells me the best deal for what my car needs. Now my car is ready for winter.
