After doing some research on the Chevy Sonic, I started working with nearby dealerships. I spoke with Bill Kay through their online system and set up an appointment. They emailed me all the information I would need and followed up exactly when I asked them too. I came in earlier than my appointment and no one seemed upset or that I had bothered them. Bill helped me out right away making sure I knew where I was heading and followed up a short time later. Once I found the car I was looking for, Bill had brought me the keys, and let me test drive. I got back and he had another car ready to go. Finally, once I decided on the car, it was time to talk. Bill did everything I had asked and really worked with me so that we both felt like we walked away with a good deal. His follow up was great. I highly reccomend this dealership to everyone. More

I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from here and I've had non stop problems with them!! They said the floor mats were bar and get me new ones its been 8 months and all there sayin is they will look into had non stop problems with them!! I honestly didn't even think this was possible after looking at the price of the vehicle I now wanted, the Equinox. The entire team worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted, for the payment I could afford. Everyone was so friendly, and so easy to talk to, we laughed and joked the whole time while filling out the paperwork, it was such an enjoyable experience! The best part of it all was that I didn't feel pressured, I hate that feeling. Overall, everything was GREAT! A special thanks again to Ralph, Dean, Ken, & Derek.
