Awesome experience from start to finish. Eric was very knowledgeable regarding every aspect of my buying a new car. Was not pushy and was a complete pleasure to work with. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from here and I've had non stop problems with them!! They said the floor mats were bar and get me new ones its been 8 months and all there sayin is they will look into had non stop problems with them!! I have free oil changes for three years and there now sayin I have to.pay for them...I would not recommend this place to anyone!! More
I had a great experience the first time with Bill Kay when I bought my 2012 Cruze in Dec 2012 - I went back in today (5 months later) because I needed a vehicle that was a little more spacious, but didn' when I bought my 2012 Cruze in Dec 2012 - I went back in today (5 months later) because I needed a vehicle that was a little more spacious, but didn't want to increase my payment. I honestly didn't even think this was possible after looking at the price of the vehicle I now wanted, the Equinox. The entire team worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted, for the payment I could afford. Everyone was so friendly, and so easy to talk to, we laughed and joked the whole time while filling out the paperwork, it was such an enjoyable experience! The best part of it all was that I didn't feel pressured, I hate that feeling. Overall, everything was GREAT! A special thanks again to Ralph, Dean, Ken, & Derek. You guys were awesome, see you soon when we get my fiance to get a new vehicle ;) More

Best treatment and quality work as compared to past dealerships worked with. They do not hesitate to help even though the car was not purchased from Bill Kay. I have been a Bill Kay customer for over 30 years. The reason being that the services I receive for my Corvette, SSR and Equinox are exemplary. I am confident that I can take a cross-country road trip at reason being that the services I receive for my Corvette, SSR and Equinox are exemplary. I am confident that I can take a cross-country road trip at a moments notice because of the professional service levels in the Bill Kay service department. No matter what the reason, when I bring one of my cars in for service, the entire vehicle is checked out for any potential future issues and I am alerted by phone. I never worry about the condition of my wife's car or her safety in it. In addition, Mark Bowling and his crew go out of their way to personalize their services. For example, I've had a car delivered to my home after work was performed on it due to an injury that left me unable to drive for a few weeks. I've driven many thousands of worry-free miles because of the Service Department at Bill Kay. More
