My 2005 Tahoe was having many issues and when another dealer was not resolving the repairs, I came to Bill Kay and found the BEST service department ever! Mark Bowling is diligent and exudes the confidence that every mechanical issue will get solved. He has now worked on several of the cars I own and I have been most satisfied. I have returned many times since I own a number of business and personal vehicles and am always completely satisfied. He is the reason that I will keep a Chevrolet product in my driveway. In a world of finger pointing and excuses, it is refreshing to find such a professional service representative. More
Bill Kay Chevy had the best selection of certified Impalas out of 5 dealerships I visited. The price was lower than anyone else, the salesman listened to my needs and the general manager Ralph gave me Impalas out of 5 dealerships I visited. I just want to say the Bill Kay has a very friendly and helpful service staff. They are great about recommending but helping you stagger the service to fit your budget. I did purchase my vehicle there four years ago and the sales process was pleasant - something I never expected when I was faced with having to purchase a car. Since then, the service has been amazing. The whole service team is courteous, friendly - and the work they perform is excellent. And I also must comment on the cleanliness of the dealership and specifically the service area - it is spotless, even in the area where the service work is taking place. My wife and I walked into Bill Kay Chevy as a start for searching for and suv,and were greeted by Bill B.We told him we were looking for a brochure for the equinox and he answered our questions.We came bac searching for and suv,and were greeted by Bill B.We told him we were looking for a brochure for the equinox and he answered our questions.We came back that afternoon and ended up buying a new equinox.Bill and Ralph jumped thru hoops locating the veh.we wanted. Bill came in the next day on his day off so he could personally deliver the veh.to us. I have been buying new cars since the 1960's and never felt this well treated.Great PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
