We recently just purchased our 4th car in 4 years from Bill Kay. Bill Baresch was by far our favorite saleman. I purchased my first vehicle from Bill kay in may 2011, although I was satistfied at the time of purchase with 2011 Chevy Silverado, after having drove it for 5 months the vehicle did not meet all my expec although I was satistfied at the time of purchase with 2011 Chevy Silverado, after having drove it for 5 months the vehicle did not meet all my expectations. It was not the Chevy itself it was the level of Chevy that I purchased. After expressing my dissatifaction with the Ls Trim Ralph Conti, and Chris B. went right to work to find me the best deal possible to move up to the vehicle I should have purchased in the first place. This process I expected to be pretty stressful, but after explaining my position Ralph and Chris worked diligently to exceed my expectations. I have made many new car purchases over the years (14-16) and used cars, but have never been as satisfied as I am with my experience in this dealership. I have since sent my daughter and two other customers to see Bill Kay Chevy. I would not hesitate to send family or friends to this dealer. More
I came in with a car that was in trouble (2008 Chevy HHR). After three months of the best service care I have ever received (thank you Mark Bowling)it could not be fixed. Let me just say, Mark made sure I always had a car, or I was always picked up and dropped off at the train. He is always kind and thoughtful. He is a gentleman. I went to the sales department and asked what my options were. I was escorted into an office by Ralph Conti who offered me a drink and told me not to worry, I would be taken care of. I had no doubts of that as I had already been given exemplary service by the service department. He introduced me to Mike Reiter, who showed me available cars and treated me like a lady. He showed me all the buttons and switches, helped me set up my bluetooth, wrote his number inside the manual in case I needed more help, and made sure I got what I wanted, not just needed. I picked one and Mike gave the details to Ralph who, in turn, gave the information to Jeff Malecek. That's when the magic started happening. First, they asked me what I could afford and they came back with a number that I was not comfortable with. They fiddled with the term of the loan, the interest rate, and, at the end, I had a new car, fully warrantied for the length of the loan, with all the protection I had on the HHR, at a price I can afford. Thank you Bill Kay Chevrolet for taking care of me. I will be back. More

I was shopping several dealers for a new Equinox when I stopped at Bill Kay. Joe was extremely courteous and efficient, determining swiftly what options I wanted on the car. He quickly had the service department check out my trade-in, and then he and his boss worked up a very good price on the first 'go'. There was very little of the typical waiting around and timewasting. While they were working on that, I wandered back to the service department and asked a woman paying for her car service how she liked the service and Bill Kay. She said she had had their old cars serviced there as well as her new truck, and that they were very fair and she was very happy. She even cited an example of a repair being made after the warranty expired, because the department had checked the vehicle before her vacation and missed the problem. So that was good. I think they are a very concerned dealer and my husband and I were treated with respect and courtesy. I would certainly return. More

I went to buy a used car and walked out with a new car. I was happy with my experience because they were willing to work with me. I Liked Bill Kay so much when I purchased my Avalanche my Fiance and I went back to look at the new Camaro. With all the help of the employees we were able to order the exact car we wanted.
