Ralph I tried calling you just now but I was advised you were off today. If Eric knew he could not sell that car for 32k then just say so in a clear manner, he should not say come on in and lets see what we can do. If Eric would have said sorry we will not be able to sell this specific vehicle for 32k then that would be the end of it. I clearly said I was not interested in driving to Lisle for a gas card, I want to only come for a Traverse. I would not have driven all the way to your dealership and wasted my time and wasted the time of Paul Petersen who was very sorry for wasting my time. Paul seems like a really stand up guy and I'm willing to bet that if I was chatting with Paul we would not be exchanging messages now.
