I was greeted when I came into the dealership, I was given detail information about the car that I was interested in, I was given options for accessories.....I also was informed about the gas mileage an given detail information about the car that I was interested in, I was given options for accessories.....I also was informed about the gas mileage and safety of the vehicle. Watch out for the internet sales person Eric Foret, he will say one thing on the internet but when you get to the dealership he does your typical car salesman back pedal and will not honor the deal. I took my Silverado in for service to repair the tail gate and drivers window. I made my appointment on line ,Eric set it up for me. Rich listened,as I explained why I was there. Brought car in for a leak underneath. Service writer was helpful, great to work with on checking in the car. Communication was great with the Service team. All work doen was explained and understood.
