The Bill Kay Chevrolet dealership is about 5 miles from where I dwell, which is why I bought a 2005 Equinox from them 17 years ago. So, naturally I went to them to order my new 2022 Trax, back in November of 2021. The vehicle I ordered never arrived, so my sales associate Roger suggested I might like to have a similar Trax they were expecting, and I agreed since I had been waiting 9 months. They dealt with me fairly, so I'm very satisfied with the dealership, but am rather disappointed that Chevy was unable to fulfill my order after more than 9 months, necessitating that I accept a vehicle that had optional equipment I didn't want nor need. Nonetheless, I'm still a loyal Chevy fan, and appreciate the Bill Kay dealership. More

Stay away from Bill Kay Chevrolet if you know what's good for you. Went here to buy a vehicle advertised as pre-certified which basically means they did full 176 point inspection and therefore it was warrant for you. Went here to buy a vehicle advertised as pre-certified which basically means they did full 176 point inspection and therefore it was warranted for an additional twelve months by the dealer. When we sat down to cut the deal the salesman tries to upcharge me $2,500 over the advertised price for the pre-certification. This is a slimy practice that dealers use to line their pockets. Certification just like anything else listed in the advertisement is included in the price. Otherwise it would be false advertising. Don't fall for this kind of stuff. List price plus title, tax, and transfer is all you should pay for unless you, the buyer, specifically ask for add-ons. More
