Bill Kay, the home of the bait and switch. Called at 9 a.m. on a Saturday to confirm a used car they had listed on their website was available. Tiffany assured me yes it was. She asked what time I wanted to come look at it and I let her know I would be there around 10 a.m. She said they'd make sure the car was out front so it would be easy for me to check out upon my arrival. Drove 40 minutes there, and then the games began. Was shuffled between multiple sales reps upon arrival (I think creating a bit of confusion is a key component of a bait and switch), and then was finally handed off to a different guy. And wouldn't you know it, the car I had just called to confirm they had was not for sale because it "has a blown engine." But lucky me, they had the same make and model, but a year newer, and ONLY 50 percent more than the price of the car I called about. A sucker may be born every minute, but I'm not that sucker. Hopefully others don’t fall for their trickery. More

He sent me a credit application to fill out and that's when a salesman named Pola Bebawy reached out and was very diligent and professional on meeting my needs to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I drove almost 4 hours to meet with them and had full confidence in the dealership to complete my transaction when I arrived. I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience and love my vehicle! I spoke to many dealerships during the 4-6 month hunt of the perfect vehicle and Bill Kay Chevrolet was one of the best, hands down.. Ask for Pola, he will get it done. More
I drove from Pigeon Forge, TN to purchase a 2018 Camaro Convertible and was extremely pleased with the dealer. My salesman, Roger Nicklaus, was terrific, as well as fun to work with. I went to look at an Impala they offered for sale with only 22k miles. From the outside the vehicle looked pretty good. However mechanically the engine was leaking oil, enough to drip on the exhaust m only 22k miles. From the outside the vehicle looked pretty good. However mechanically the engine was leaking oil, enough to drip on the exhaust manifold and smell. Also, one tire was replaced but the remaining 3 had a date code of 33 08. Yes, the tires were 14 years old! I'm not sure if you can even sell a car with tires that old as it is a safety hazard. Needless to say I did not buy the car because I was disappointed in what they were selling (especially at a price way higher that retail value). More
Extremely shady dealership, I went to cancel my gap insurance after a year of having a car I purchased from there and the financing manager was very hard to get a hold of. He would not return my calls insurance after a year of having a car I purchased from there and the financing manager was very hard to get a hold of. He would not return my calls, this went on for over 8 months. I finally had to drive over an hour there to get things situated. took over a year to finally get the gap insurance I didn’t need due to selling the car cancelled. Pathetic, all because he wanted to keep the commission. Stay away from buying a car from here. More
