I thought the service was Great but disappointing in the end I had a four wheel alignment and nothing was said about a bad left front ball joint. I discovered this two days after the service. Been looking for some time and took advantage of internet price and GM rewards card. Made an appointment, drove the car and reached agreement that afternoon. Connor did a great job for us and got us a fair price. Later he spent time with my wife going over the systems including infotainment, climate control and other driver controls. Very helpful. We love the Traverse LS which meets all our needs and them some. More
