Gary and the staff were the gold stand I worked with Gary at Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics a few weeks ago as I was purchasing my first C6 Corvette. Gary and the staff were the gold standard when it came to professionalism. For example, I never received an annoying phone call asking me if I made up my mind; some other dealerships took that approach. In addition, Gary had an excellent knowledge base about the inventory at the dealership. Couldve been better I went in looking for a used suv was partially welcomed and left alone a lot don’t really like that also i was happy with loan and monthly payment but I went in looking for a used suv was partially welcomed and left alone a lot don’t really like that also i was happy with loan and monthly payment but upset and bothered that only because its a used car they don’t treat you like a priority i been to another dealership where they do I would’ve appreciated if u would’ve washed the car nicely and a full tank of gas the last thing that really pissed me off and this is the reason i wont recommend anyone to this dealership when i asked about a full tank of gas the gentleman said no we only do it for customers who buy new cars i shouldve said no after that and walked away this dealership made a sale with me you would think the least they could do have a full tank of gas if they really cared about the customers More

My experience started with a phone call to inquire on a vehicle that i was interested in that was on their website. Upon calling I spoke to Dave who was super helpful and gave me all the information that I needed and didn’t come across as pushy while on the phone. Ultimately, I stopped by, unfortunately it was Dave’s day off, so I began working with Connor. Conner was equally as helpful and I could tell he really knew the details of the vehicle and if there was a question he didn’t know the answer to he made it a point to figure it out and let me know. When it came time to negotiate the deal Connor was honest and fair with me and ultimately helped us come to a fair agreement for my trade in and price on the new vehicle. Overall my experience at bill Kay was everything any consumer could ask for and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks again! More
Very disappointing I was told there were no vehicles available for my use while my car was at the service center so I arranged for a ride from a friend for a 7:30 AM app I was told there were no vehicles available for my use while my car was at the service center so I arranged for a ride from a friend for a 7:30 AM appt. I did state when I dropped the car off that I would need someone to use my car to pick me up when service was completed & take me back to pay for service. At 4:30 PM I called to obtain the status of my vehicle, was told service was completed, & asked for a ride back to the facility. I was told there was no one available. At that time was the first time I was advised that there was a shuttle service but that was not available either. I was informed that I could take a uber or taxi & would be reimbursed. However, when I arrived at the facility, there were people standing around up front apparently in sales.. I was told that not one of those people could be asked to pick me up - even using m own vehicle. I have m own business & would never treat one of my customers in that manner - I value my customers. More
Great job! I took my car to Bill Kay so that I could have my air looked at. Thankfully it turned out to be a part coveted under my warranty. What’s ever better I took my car to Bill Kay so that I could have my air looked at. Thankfully it turned out to be a part coveted under my warranty. What’s ever better is that as the technician was driving around to make sure the air works (and it works great now!!!) he discovered something else that was wrong... a broken motor mount bolt (also covered under my warranty). So the technician was great!!!! Additionally the lady that I dealt with regarding my service progress was amazing!! She kept me completely in the loop as to any costs as well as discoveries! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. More
Terrible Had an oil change and tires rotated and then the same day had brakes put in at Midas. Midas informed me there was a gash in one of the tires. Then got tires replaced same day at discount tires and asked about the do you have the key lock for the tires. We said no because bill Kay said they couldn’t find it. He found the key in 10 seconds? We were going on a long trip which we told bill Kay. Not finding the gash in tire was going to be dangerous for us on the long trip. Thank goodness for Midas. No confidence in bill Kay. Will never go back. More
