When dealing with finance, I was a little disappointed with how the I was treated in terms of buying an extended warranty. The employee made me feel like I had to purchase the warranty and significantly decreased the price after I declines, indicating he was trying to get more money out of me originally. I finally made the decision to travel a little farther to try a different dealership. The staff was friendly, quick, down to earth, and didn't pressure. The service was quick and accurate. They pulled my car up for me and to my surprise it was washed and the tires were filled.. They went out of their way, which is rare to find nowadays. More
