Not too pushy, very informative I had the pleasure of working with Jose. I stopped in first just to do a test drive and talk monthly payments; at no point was I pressured to purchase I had the pleasure of working with Jose. I came in a few days later with my dad, and the process was fairly easy and streamlined. The only long waiting period (around 45 minutes) was when we had to wait for the guests before us to finish in the financing office. Joanna was also very nice and contacted me quickly to set up times for me to come in. Really my only issue with the visit is when there was a misunderstanding regarding the financing percentage; the financing manager harshly corrected Jose in front of us, which is a manner I believe could have been handled differently or at least privately.
