Poor salesman followup for service and repair I've had issues with getting my car in for repair and calls left unreturned by managers when asking for an appointment to be made. I have had my car n I've had issues with getting my car in for repair and calls left unreturned by managers when asking for an appointment to be made. I have had my car now for almost 6 months. When I bought my 2019 Chevy Trax, before I left the dealership I noticed a scratch in the hood and scuff Mark's on the driver side of the headlight cover. I was told to make an appointment that the service department would take care of it but I have to go through my salesman to make the appointment. I got 1 appointment made about 2 weeks later and the scratch was still noticeable and the headlight cover was not replaced. When I asked the manager working that day what had been done he assured me that when I took my car in for its first oil change, that I could get the scratch looked at again and they would work on my headlight. Well, I tried making my appointment again for getting this taken care of earlier last month and they gave me the runaround. I was told I would once again need to make an appointment through my salesman to talk to the buffer to look at the scratch again and fix the headlight, because he has that information and the service department doesn't. I tried multiple times to get a hold of my salesman Noah and he never called me back with an answer as to when I could bring it back. I brought the car in to get the oil change and nothing was done. I had also complained that I was having issues with my sound system. My cell phone connects bluetooth thru the stereo, but when I get a call, I cannot pick up the call, it just rings and will not stop ringing even when the phone is disconnected. I had managed to shut this down from happening by resetting my car to factory settings and waiting 15 min. Before turning back on my car. The service department said that they couldn't figure out what was causing this issue and nothing they did could reenact this on their end I had deleted the auto ap on my phone and disconnected the Chevy stuff from my phone. After doing all that i was still having issues with my phone ringing through my stereo and will not disconnect and stop ringing. I have also had my stereo screen now randomly shut off while I'm driving and not coming back on when I push the power button. I've tried calling the general manager Lucas now complaining about not being able to make my appointment to fix the scratch on my hood, the scuff Mark's on my headlight cover and now the issues I'm having with my stereo. 3 voice mails exactly right now have been left for him as well with no reply. I was trying to bring my car in to fix all of this issues at once. The service department had told me GM would probably have to come in to test the stereo to figure out what is going on. If I am dropping the car off for repairs, I will require a loaner vehicle. I am very upset with the way I've been treated and ignored when asking to take care of my brand new car. This has made me regret choosing Bill Kay in Lisle as my dealership. More

Worst Service Ever I would give this experience 0 stars if it was an option, We had the deal all set up before we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, which I would give this experience 0 stars if it was an option, We had the deal all set up before we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, which turned out to be a 4 hour visit (even though we told Connor that we had somewhere to be). He told us we were no longer eligible for the promotion that had been arranged. He then came back with numbers that were overstated and we had to correct him. We ended up having to put more money down and increasing our monthly payments, which as a returning customer was very disappointing. At one point, he let us go on his computer to look up something. He left us there unattended on his computer after just giving him all of our personal information. The security measures were horrible. I looked all around and saw computers unattended and not locked. I do not feel comfortable having my personal information in their system. After completely screwing up the deal, he then told us we still had one more car payment left on the current car. This was completely insane, as he forgot to mention this all day and when I asked him about it he did not say we owed the money. At this point we did not even want to go through with the deal. We did end up going through with it, after waiting an insane amount of time to get the deal done. Once the paperwork was complete, he did not even show us anything in the car. In the past, they have always walked us through the vehicle. This time, Connor just seemed like he wanted us to be gone and showed us absolutely nothing. This was a very frustrating experience and I am not sure that I will return there for another vehicle. Horrible service and horrible security!!! We tried to contact Jennifer who we also spoke with to talk to about our experience and she never returned any of our contacts. VERY DISAPPOINTING. More
