Oil change Service personnel seem to be very customer focused.it did take two hours but it usually only takes an hour. I have found the Four people I work with Service personnel seem to be very customer focused.it did take two hours but it usually only takes an hour. I have found the Four people I work with to be very good. My problem is the quality of the vehicle itself. Look at the service history in particular the replacement of pistons and rings. This problem is indicative of an engineering failure and should never occur. $1,300 for a timing chain is pathetic. The cost of replacing parking assist sensors is high and poorly engineered. Try replacing a head light bulb. On and on and only $100,000 miles. More
