Broken heater blower I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and a new mount for my spare tire. The heat and defroster worked perfectly fine when I took it in. They told m I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and a new mount for my spare tire. The heat and defroster worked perfectly fine when I took it in. They told me they did a complete inspection of ever everything, including the transmission hoses that they wanted to replace, but didn't find anything wrong with the blower motor. When I drove away from the service center my heat didn't go on. I tried the defroster and no luck. I took it back and they told me they believed me it worked when I dropped the car off since it was -23 out that day, but there was no way they could've done anything to break the motor. $400 later I have working heat. Since it broke while in their care, it would have been nice if they would have at least given me a discount or not charged me labor. Instead I got from them that it was just a coincidence it broke in their care. The girls in the service department were nice about it, I just don't like how the situation was handled. More

2017 Spark I brought my car in for a oil change, and to have a routine bumper to bumper check. There was some confusion over a recall. I had brought my car in fo I brought my car in for a oil change, and to have a routine bumper to bumper check. There was some confusion over a recall. I had brought my car in for a air bag recall shortly after I bought it. It had another recall that needed to be addressed. They said they could take care of it along with the oil change. I went to the visitors lounge, and after about a hour I went into the shop area . I had to be at work at noon and was becoming concerned. At that point I found out they were fixing the original air bag recall again. Marc realized the mix up and did everything to straighten it out. I was given a loner so I could get to work so they could do what they needed to do to correct the problem. The next morning I picked up my car my oil change was free, and they had taken care of the recall that should have been done.
