Will never go back ZERO STARS if that was an option I was quoted work I did not need. Another dealership told me so and repaired the actual problem. The service advisor was discourteous and shouted at m I was quoted work I did not need. Another dealership told me so and repaired the actual problem. The service advisor was discourteous and shouted at me to leave the premises after declining to have the fraudulent repair done there. I also had to wait a half hour between the time my repair was complete and finally getting my bill, rather than finishing up my paperwork he took care of at least one other customer. More

Discourage service I had an appointment for service. Along the way of my 2 hour drive I developed a minor secondary issue. When I asked the service tech if they could lo I had an appointment for service. Along the way of my 2 hour drive I developed a minor secondary issue. When I asked the service tech if they could look at it, I was told “. We’re too busy, it will take 2 hours to diagnose and it will cost $140 dollars just to look at it” I felt like service did everything they could to discourage me from having a minor secondary problem looked at.
