My boyfriend and I purchased and Town and Country from My boyfriend and I purchased and Town and Country from then last month. While I was at work, on the west side of Chicago, not the best place to be st My boyfriend and I purchased and Town and Country from then last month. While I was at work, on the west side of Chicago, not the best place to be stranded. I left work to find the car gone. I thought it was stolen. We filed a police report and car the insurance company. The next day while at work one of the employees said they saw the police around the van and took the temporary lincense plate from the van. We later found out that the van had been towed because the plate didn't match the van. It cost $670.00 to get the van out of the pound. Not only that but it cost my boyfriend 2 days work from the time I called and he had to pick me up from work til we finally found out what really happened. He spent most of the second day at the dealer tring to straigthen it outand then running to his bank to get the money to run around Chicago and jump through hoops to get the van back. We ask the dealer to compensate our losses and time spent doing what was clearing their fault, but all they were willing to pay was the pound. I wonder has this happened to anyone else. Aren't the dealers suppose to check the temporary plates and write the plate number down somewhere? The plates went to a completly different car and different owner. So beware when buying from Bill Kay they don't always check things out. More

I have service do for $80 when my 1997 Convertible had a clog in the storage compartment. Naperville's Bill Kay Chrysler wanted me to buy a new mount. All it needed was cleaning out the twigs and leaves. I am moving out of Naperville and leaning towards Downers Grove. P.S. I also seen my favorite Convertible there for far less than anywhere else. I thought it was a scam, but it was truth. These guys were great, sorry I forgot their names... Next time... More

I have only had the car for a couple of weeks, but so far I have a very high opinion of this dealership. More
