Bill Kay Honda - Service Center

I brought my car in for a checkup, bought it there 10 months ago, brand new 2020. I was told I needed oil change. Since I was going to to be driving to Florida I said ok. Then was told I needed tires b months ago, brand new 2020. I was told I needed oil change. Since I was going to to be driving to Florida I said ok. Then was told I needed tires balanced and alignment, car only has 4,000 miles.I was surprised and said I didn’t feel that needed to be done as it was a new car with very low mileage, but was told I did, otherwise I would have problems. Paid $155 for work that didn’t need to be done! Will not bring my car there again. Didn’t give a rating as you don’t have one for being taken advantage of!!! More
