The service department is always trying to sell a service not needed on your vehicle. They have tried to convince me the van needed transmission fluid changed at 95,000 miles. Tried to tell me alignment not needed on your vehicle. They have tried to convince me the van needed transmission fluid changed at 95,000 miles. Tried to tell me alignment could not be done due to bad rear control arm which could be fixed for $652.. Took it else where and that shop had no problem getting it aligned. I will never use the service department again. More
