Been going to this dealer for years, great team and work. Service personnel was great and wore masks but many employees/customers did not including the service manager, salespeople. This was my first time in the service department and it was a very good experience. Everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly. Check-in was smooth. All but one service rep was wearing a mask. Kathy was friendly and did a great job keeping us updated on the status of the maintenance.
