Tired Came in for routine service and found out I needed tires much to my surprise. I bought a certified used Honda and it needed tires after I only put 9,000 miles on the car. It only has 30,000 total miles. Would have thought they would have done better job inspecting tires before certifiing it. More

They are indeed awesome, but also outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and my list could go on and on! After my husband passed away several years ago, I asked for (and received) guidance from the Service Department as to what I needed to do to assure that my 2004 Honda was being maintained properly. That department is one of the reasons I am still driving that vehicle with close to 106,000 miles! I also like the fact that I can choose the Service Advisor I would prefer working with. Although they are all great, I prefer Sam Rios! What an asset he is for Bill Kay! . More
