Allan, Kathy and Nick are always nice and get me in and out quickly. The sales experience was the best I've ever had and I've been buying Honda's for over 20 years now. I love that they clearly provide their internet pricing on their website and there is no guessing what they want for the vehicle. I encourage anyone looking to give Donny a call. More

We rolled off the exit only to find this Honda Dealer right at the end of it. First too good to be true!! But rolled into the service department where Alan immediately helped us with our issue. He squeezed our car in for service, called the Enterprise rent a car to help us keep our plans for the day and told us to go have fun and forget about the car. He would likely be able to have the car ready on our return back from U of I. Alan did exactly that. Alan is a great example of what customer service should be. It is easy to feel helpless when your car breaks down - especially in an area one is unfamiliar with. We were so appreciative of his help that day! More

I brought my Accord to Bill Kay Honda, Bourbonnail IL to Alan Heinburger, and Nick Youngblood when the over 100,000 miles maintenance became necessary. I planned my vacation around being able to have this maintenance done at their shop, Why? I will tell you Why. They are honest trustworthy and dependable their customer service is worth the 18 hour drive! I tried 2 of the 3 dealers close to me here in Texas and made the decision to use the shop in Bourbonnais Illinois for my major maintenance needs. It was well worth the drive and inconvenience to have Allan and Nick do the work. I thought all Honda dealers service departments were like the one at Bill Kay until I tried several others. There is no comparison Allan and Nick make all the difference. More

I had a problem with an oil leak on my 2011 Pilot - turned out to be a loose oil-pan bolt. Unfortunately, most of the oil leaked on my garage floor. It only took one phone call for the Bill Kay staff t turned out to be a loose oil-pan bolt. Unfortunately, most of the oil leaked on my garage floor. It only took one phone call for the Bill Kay staff to jump into action. Nick never hesitated... he and AJ came to my home with a courtesy car and completely cleaned the spill - at 7PM. They took my Pilot for service and had it completed the next day. My Pilot - and my garage never looked better. I was already proud of my Honda, and was very happy with Bill Kay Honda, but these guys confirmed that confidence and I will recommend this dealer to everyone. More
