Despite appointment for oil change, my son had to wait 2.5 hours at dealership until vehicle was ready. Really? Completely unacceptable.What is the point of an appointment? Also son brought home a list of 2.5 hours at dealership until vehicle was ready. Really? Completely unacceptable.What is the point of an appointment? Also son brought home a list of multiple items requiring “immediate attention” (easiest was tire rotation) but no one talked to him about addressing. Especially puzzling since vehicle was in for 60k mile service and tire rotation is part of manufacturer recommended services. Disappointing all around.... More
