I arrived for service and wasn’t sure if I needed to stay by my vehicle before someone greeted me. Once I figured someone wasn’t coming to the car like Thomas Nissan in Joliet I walked into the office. They by my vehicle before someone greeted me. The turn around time was great I didn’t wait long at all. I was just shocked no one addressed me by my name not once during the entire visit. Once I got back to my car it looked worse then when it came in. The car wash was horrible. Overall I appreciated the fast service. More

2019 Nissan Altima Took my 2019 Nissan Altima in to get looked at since the check engine light was on. Ghost in my car I have been plagued by the check engine light going on and off for a few months. The other shop was not able to find my problem but Ric at Bill Kay d I have been plagued by the check engine light going on and off for a few months.
