Overpriced Services I Didn't Need While the Service team is nice and has a quick turnaround time, I was shocked at not only the services they said I needed on my vehicle but the price While the Service team is nice and has a quick turnaround time, I was shocked at not only the services they said I needed on my vehicle but the price for those services. They said I needed a new piece and another service that would total $1000. Shocked at that price, I took my car to our family mechanic who was able to clean the part that Nissan said needed to be replaced and he did NOT recommend the other service that Nissan did. My final bill was $200. While Nissan was quick to blame a national chain for poor work on my vehicle, they failed to see that a part was broken and that was the real problem. More

Quick in quick out Took my car in for a liftgate fail in the morning under warranty. They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a loaner to use while the part would be or Took my car in for a liftgate fail in the morning under warranty. However, they actually got the part local the same day and fixed my car much sooner than expected. I received a call early afternoon on the same day that the repair was complete. Employees I dealt with were professional, patient and kind Would recommend this dealer for sales and repairs. More
