Recall Our car had a dysfunction wth the system and a recall. They woud not give us a car to drive whie the car was being looked at. They did a reset on the car, then the error kept coming back. They told us it Thursday night they still needed to find the problem and would keep the car. First thing Friday got a call it was done. They lied to my husband about replacing cameras, the paperwork does not show they fixed them or anything of that nature. Picked up the car and nothing was done. The car has the same problem it started with. We wasted 3 days of our time without a car big enough for our childrens car seats and were stranded only to have nothing fixed. It is a safety hazard and we have only had the car 8 mos. We are beyond furious. More

Could someone have checked the tire pressure? Now I have to take time out of my weekend to get this taken care of as it wasn’t done by the dealer the first time More

Bill Kay Nissan Service Super as Always! My car needed service recently for a transmission issue; I was due for 40K service so I had that done as well. I made an online appointment for 2:30 i My car needed service recently for a transmission issue; I was due for 40K service so I had that done as well. I made an online appointment for 2:30 in the afternoon that same day (super easy to make an online appointment). Once I got there, they checked out the vehicle and identified what was wrong with the transmission and informed me that it was a warranty item, but the part would not be here until the next day; so I was able to get a loaner vehicle from them. Between the inspection, the explanation and securing the loaner car, I was out of there in under an hour. It was a super efficient experience. I have been in that service department many times of the years, and have always found it to be very well run. Fernando and Jerimy were prompt and helpful and took care of everything! More
