CROOKS! My car was having problems shifting out of gear before Xmas! They said it was the shift lock solenoid, & they fixed it in Dec 21 for $559 & $450 was My car was having problems shifting out of gear before Xmas! They said it was the shift lock solenoid, & they fixed it in Dec 21 for $559 & $450 was for labor! The problem started again in March, I took it back, now they said for $799 they can fix the Shifter mechanism! You have to remove the Shifter to replace the solenoid, so another Integrable shop said they should have fixed both! A Nissan dealership would know if a part is going to probably go out, so I don’t have anymore trust in Bill Kay Nissan anymore! More

I love this service department! They were respectful of my time by trying to get the work done as fast as possible. They explained everything in great detail of what needed to be do They were respectful of my time by trying to get the work done as fast as possible. They explained everything in great detail of what needed to be done. I love that they work with their customers by telling them what repairs need immediate attention versus what can wait until later. Plus they use coupons to help cut down the cost. This shows that they care about their customer's safety and are sensitive to our financial limitations. This kind of treatment is why I get my car serviced here. I never thought I could trust a dealership, but this service center has proved me wrong. Thank you for your outstanding service! More
