Visited this dealer recently with a battery problem. My Nissan Maxima is still under manufacture warranty and it was the second time with the battery issues this year. Called the service dept. and confirme Nissan Maxima is still under manufacture warranty and it was the second time with the battery issues this year. Called the service dept. and confirmed that I need to tow my car to this dealer to repair and the towing cost is 100% covered by the manufacture warranty (same as last time of visit with the battery issue), also the dealer provided me the phone number of its contract towing company to call. However, I was asked to pay the full towing cost by myself when I checked the car out. My am an active AAA Plus member with the free towing service under my policy. I will ask the AAA to tow my car to the dealer if the dealer let me know in advance. Very bad experience with the dealer. More
