There was a time when BK service would go above and beyond but that day is past. We dropped our car off the day b4 service was to begin. Also requested to remove the "locking" lug nuts and replace them. This was not done even though they told us they were. Vehicle was not washed, tires not checked, fluids not topped off...but the radio station was changed.. I have purchased 3 vehicles here in the past several years but will never buy again. More
