I called about a vehicle on Friday the 5th. Jacob answered and told me it was available and pushed for me to make an appt. I was driving an hour and a half so I made an appt for the next day. H Jacob answered and told me it was available and pushed for me to make an appt. I was driving an hour and a half so I made an appt for the next day. He told me in text more than once that if I would come they would hold it for me. He tried to pressure me by saying someone else wanted it so I said I would wait until I knew if it sold or not and he assured me that his manager said they would hold it for me once I was on my way. I started out Saturday morning after him once again assuring me it was available and saying that he cleared it with the manager that they would hold it. I made it within a few minutes of the dealer and the manager called and said "he had just made it into work at 12:20" LOL "and that somehow someone else had made an appt and he hadn't caught it since he was just now crawling into work. Anyway they sold it out from under me and wasted 3 hours of my day. Dealers like this are a joke and do this stuff way too much. Bunch of liars that give all other dealers the bad wrap they have. What a joke dealer. Don't recommend and definitely don't recommend Jacob More

The sales process with Ty went very well and he was super helpful. Everything past that has been a terrible experience. The brand new vehicle came with the back door broken. We left it with them for two weeks while on vacation to come back to them telling us “they never looked at it”. So we took the car and made an appointment. Brought it back to them saying they again aren’t going to look at it for 5 days-even though we made an appointment, and they have no loaners. What person can go an unknown amount of time without a car? The most frustrating part is how much time it’s spent there and their lack of urgency or willingness to fix their brand new car they sold off the lot broken. Very disappointing. I do not recommend them at this point. More

It went out sometime when it was sitting here for 2 months. Or maybe the instant she stopped driving it. Or. Now check this out. While she was driving home she tried to turn on the air but mistakingly opened the rear door which caused her to panic so she opened the hood, the hood flew open, a resident of the ISS 5 hours ago dropped a thimble of air, which crashed into her AC system destroying everything.
