I recently purchased a new Lincoln Aviator from Bill Knight. I depended heavily on my son and daughter for support as I'm a widow and this was a major purchase. I really had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted except I knew it must be a smaller SUV than the large Infiniti I was currently driving AND accommodate my lifestyle which includes kids and grandkids. My daughter and I went looking but my son was extremely busy at work and couldn't accompany us. After few days of driving several models at different dealerships, I narrowed it to a Volvo and Aviator at Bill Knight. However, I couldn't seem to make a final decision. I was leaning toward the Aviator but also knew I really wanted my son's opinion. Jeremy Smith, who had been so patient with me and had pointed out so clearly the differences between the two, suddenly asked me if I would like to drive the Aviator downtown so my son could drive it. I said yes but I'd really like to take the Volvo too. He volunteered to follow us downtown with the Volvo and away we went! My son was able to test drive both cars with me, Jeremy, and my daughter and he immediately knew which car was for me. That's all I needed to confirm what my daughter and I were pretty sure of. Now I'm LOVING my new Aviator! Couldn't believe the tutorial on important operational features Jeremy gave my daughter and me before we left and will come to my house to educate me further as well as program garage door opener and privacy gate. What excellent service! Can't thank you enough for your kindness and support during what could have been a very stressful process. More

My wife and I purchase a vehicle from their web site. It needed some servicing. We were assured by our two sales persons that it would be in great shape when we got it. JC and Chris were great to work wit needed some servicing. We were assured by our two sales persons that it would be in great shape when we got it. JC and Chris were great to work with and kept us in the loop the whole time. They also gave us a real nice Lincoln to drive til our car was ready. The service dept. has been wonderful and have taken good care of the car and us. Everyone has been very nice and professional. Took salesman 25 minutes to pare my phone???? The "queen of the universe" (one of the top people in service told me to throw my phone away, was not good enough for a Lincoln. Been working just fine. Oh my goodness, they forgot to prep my car???????? darn. Took them 9 months to figure out how to do this - must be hard to perform, I am 80 years old, the love to pick on old people. The car has 11,500 miles on it and it will be in the shop for at least 2 weeks, transmission "kaput" - broke With the quality control standards and technology of today's manufacturing plante cars leaving the factory are A++. It is the dealerships that will tell you they are the perfect link - read this dealers statements - they are the one who destroys the perfectly great motor car. I do not take my car to the selling dealer - THEY HAVE CONVINCED ME THAT THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED More

I made an appointment for a test drive and when I arrived on time she was over 20 minutes late. I wanted a specific build so he said he would get back to me (didn't even try to find the vehicle while I was in the store). Then I heard nothing for over two days. I had to enquire with him a few times before I got a response. And when I did they said I would have to order and offered a price well above what I had been offered by other dealers out of state. Not a good experience from a "premium dealership". More
