I test drove the Subaru Crosstrek and the Subaru Impreza Hatchback. I feel in love with the Subaru Crosstrek 2018. Gary was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. He made the test driving experience very relaxing and easy. When it came time to buy my new Subaru Crosstrek, Gary was very patient and was able to work with my family on finding the right car payments for me. Gary also answered any questions that we had about the different cars and the safety features that came with the Crosstrek. We even left Bill Kolb Subaru to get my Nissan Versa 2008 to trade in. Gary got my new Crosstrek ready and waiting for us when we were able to come back. When we came back to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, we met with Paul to go over maintenance and warranty packages. We were able to find one package within our budget. When it was time to go over the new car features, Gary explained everything to both my husband and I.
