I am a long time Subaru customer, have purchased multiple cars from this dealership. I went to the service dept for an oil change. After looking at my car, they determined it needs work on the brakes, a serv cars from this dealership. I went to the service dept for an oil change. After looking at my car, they determined it needs work on the brakes, a service separate from the oil change I came for. However, they would not honor the Subaru coupon I have for $75 off the brake work because I also had a coupon for the oil change. They were unwilling to create two separate billing transactions to accommodate the two coupons. My options were to forfeit my coupon or come back another day for the brake work. I chose to leave, probably for good. I will use a local repair shop that values customers for this and future repairs. I don't have the time or the patience for games like this. Two services, two coupons, coming back a second day doesn't change this, but it does inconvenience me quite a bit. More

I brought my son’s car in for service and inspection. The technician found problems with the front end and promptly let me know.
