Wonderful Experience I recently bought a 2016 Crosstrek Limited and had the best experience with Rich Knel. He was very helpful in explaining all the different features o I recently bought a 2016 Crosstrek Limited and had the best experience with Rich Knel. He was very helpful in explaining all the different features of the car and helped me understand the difference between the Outback and Crosstrek. I never felt any sales pressure at any time with him. He was very patient. Paul Spiegel was also very good at explaining the finances with me and all the different options available. There was also Gerald who took time to program my phone to the car and explained all the features until I understood how the car works. I was so fortunate to have these men take such good care of me. I would highly recommend these men to everyone who is nervous about buying a new Subaru. They treat you the way you should be treated. Thank you guys! More

I shopped the price of the car I wanted on the internet and I found the car of my dreams at Bill Kolb Subaru and with much hesitation, I heading over to the dealer to fight the good fight!! Boy, was I in for a big surprise. This dealership really was a pleasure to work with. There was no changing of the prices. The price was the same as I saw on the internet. My salesman, Mr. Holman Cano was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. I really felt comfortable even in the finance office finalizing the deal, now that is a very good surprise!!!!! The sales manager Mr. Joe Postighone tries very hard to please all his customers and he does that very good!!! I would recommend very highly this dealership. You will not be disappointed. I have never written a review for a car dealership before, but the service that I received from this dealer was excellent!! Everyone was so knowledgeable!! We originally went to Curry Subaru and the salesman was not knowledgeable of the WRX or STI what so ever. He knew more about the Forester and Outback, We originally went to Curry Subaru and the salesman was not knowledgeable of the WRX or STI what so ever. He knew more about the Forester and Outback, even the Impreza and Crosstrex he didn't know that well. When we couldn't find what we wanted we looked online again and found Bill Kolb Subaru, took a visit and was amazed by the variety of WRX and STI they had available and how much information our salesman knew. Our finance manager gave us the best deal and got us approved in less than 30 minutes. Our salesman Larry was incredibly talkative, had an answer for every single question, and was the most helpful!
