On my last purchase I was unhappy with my salesperson when I picked up my car, and when I made it known, Mr. Bonfield was asked to step in to take care of me that day. A few years later, I remembered him and dealt with him from the start (I felt he deserved my business) and he was great. Overall, this is the 7th Subaru in my family and I can't imagine buying any other car. One of my sons was hit head-on by an SUV on a highway and he walked away without a scratch. I don't remember the name of the finance person I spoke to, but I do feel that I was fast-talked and pressured into a service agreement that I later regretted. More

Professional and Seamless - From Start to Finish I was looking to purchase a Subaru Legacy but was on the fence between the Premium and the Limited. I had test driven a Limited at another dealership I was looking to purchase a Subaru Legacy but was on the fence between the Premium and the Limited. I had test driven a Limited at another dealership so I wanted to test drive the Premium. I had a friend who had bought a car at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru before and I saw some cars I was interested in purchasing. I had emailed the dealership prior to arriving and set up an appointment in the morning. Steve, who was the salesman I was in contact with greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He started off by introducing himself, offered us something to drink, took down some information and then we test drove the Premium. I still wasn't sure. He showed me what was available, with which options, and the prices. I wanted to finance the car and I also had a trade in. So he laid out all the numbers for some of the cars I was interested in and told me what my monthly payments would look like for 60/66/72 months. He also was very thorough with the details on the payments, the packages for the different models, and also the functionalities of some of the technology which was included in the packages (while we were test driving and also after I had purchased my car). I found the one I liked. The price was great and the price I offered for the trade-in was accepted. I was sold. I was very impressed with Steve's professionalism and honesty. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, there were no surprises with hidden fees, and I felt as if he wasn't trying to forcefully sell me a car but was helping me make a purchase based on what I was looking for. Based on this experience, I would definitely come here again and would highly recommend my friends and family. TL;DR: Wanted to buy a Legacy. The salesman was very professional and helpful. Walked out happy with the Legacy 3.6R. Would recommend. More
