Terrible treatment of customers My father and I drove an hour to make our appointment at Kolb to purchase a 2016 legacy. The salesperson we had our appointment with wasn't there, and our backup, Rich Knel, wouldn't see us because he had another appointment in "30 minutes." After being shuffled around for several minutes from person to person, one nameless salesperson with glasses met us outside and showed us one car. He then walked us across the street to another lot and showed us two more, batted away our questions and walked away and returned to the office. We were left standing in the rain across the street. We left and drove 15 minutes to Ramsey and bought a new legacy without a problem. Don't bother with Kolb, because they don't treat you with any respect. They literally left us standing in the rain. Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!! After waiting 6 weeks for my car to come in, the car arrived with wrong color interior. I was then told the replacement vehicle would take 6-8 weeks t After waiting 6 weeks for my car to come in, the car arrived with wrong color interior. I was then told the replacement vehicle would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. After 8 weeks with no car to be seen the dealership could not tell me why the car was late or when it would actually be arriving. I cancelled my order and my money was returned promptly. This was the only part of the experience that went smoothly. After a couple weeks the owner of the dealership came in to my business to talk about my experience. I told him my story and explained that I could not buy a car from his dealership and thanked him for my time. He then told me I was not being fair with him and I had to explain to him point for point how his employees failed. A couple weeks later the owner showed up again and again told me I was not being fair. He then told me that his dealership does business with my employer and not buying a car from him would be a silly reason to lose the account. I told him this was completely unprofessional, inappropriate and a disgusting negotiating tactic. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! More
