Great Experience After shopping around the internet and another dealership. I proceeded to Bill Kolb and look around. I started looking at a demo Impreza Sport. I then waited for a sales person to help and I sat down with Steve Conner. We compared pricing on the sport and then a new base. I returned a week later and we decided on a new base Impreza was a better option. After some back/forth emails and calls I bought the car. Steve was very patient, the numbers were up front in black and white, and Steve explained all my options including leasing. I was introduced to Paul in Finance and he too was very up front and gave me all the info by the numbers and explained everything to me. I did shop at other dealers one of which was closer to my home but I kept going back to Bill Kolb. The deal was very smooth and Steve stayed late on the night of delivery to explain the new car in detail and helped me transition out of my old car to the Impreza.. Great car buying experience. Very easy and friendly dealership. More
