Truck Sevice I am Canada, Niagara area. When I drive to Phoenix I always go to Bill Luke to Service my 2010 Ram Laramie 1500. Damien has always taken care of my ve I am Canada, Niagara area. When I drive to Phoenix I always go to Bill Luke to Service my 2010 Ram Laramie 1500. Damien has always taken care of my vehicle in a professional and respectful manner. Tree sap removal I bought a 2017 truck regular cab sport, took it in for a leaking problem. When done they parked it under a tree and got it all filled with tree sap! I bought a 2017 truck regular cab sport, took it in for a leaking problem. When done they parked it under a tree and got it all filled with tree sap! I called and complain they told me to bring it in. I was in today, and they told me they were just going to run it through the car wash and have it ready in 20 minutes I was not happy to hear they were just going to run the truck through the wash. I explained to them what needed to be done to it as a professional detailer told me, and they pushed that away and kept throwing out their that only a quick wash was needed. I tried talking to the manager of the Detail crew and He also told me the same thing and started getting aggressive. Only wanting to cover up to Eighty dollars is not fair for the amount the truck is worth. And to end it all giving me two options. Them fixing it or me leaving. I sure will not Recommend them to anyone or for further Purchases. More

Service Department Warning - Arrogant and Dishonest! Zero Accountability – I have been taking my vehicle to this Service Department since 2011. In 2015 I brought my vehicle in for continued Air Conditi Zero Accountability – I have been taking my vehicle to this Service Department since 2011. In 2015 I brought my vehicle in for continued Air Conditioning Issues and again July 2016. I have a lifetime Warranty of the Jeep so major parts and labor is covered with a small $100 deductible. The unqualified service advisor the same one as in 2015 tried to sweep the AC problems away and in fact knowingly covered up and withheld pertain information about the AC issues. This time the compressor was replaced by the AC still has Zero velocity and in fact, the front seat passengers are very uncomfortable and the back seat passengers well they have no air. Did I mention the Jeep only has 44,500 miles. Having an 8 months old who cannot ride in your vehicle because of the heat conditions is so dangerous and certainly unacceptable. We have a case open with the Chrysler Corporation holding the lifetime warranty documenting the issues associated with the Service Department for this Dealership. We are really hopeful upper management will read this review and take the necessary investigation and action to help resolve this issue for us. More

I worked with Fhawn Grooms as my Service Advisor and she was spectacular. Above any expectation I had for a service department, she was friendly, prompt and courteous.
