Customer service was horrible. Dude was trying to get me sign the car before I even get to drive it. I wondered if they know how to do their job. They are trying get your trade in car with salvaged price, so they can make profit by selling it at regular price. He told me they don't have their own mechanic but yet they offered car warranty, which a repair service. I do not recommend them. Go else where. They tried to sell you the tax credit which I'm hella confused. They acted like it is exclusive edition. Dude also made up some number out of his butt. I don't know where tint car would cost thousand of dollar for Camry. One of the cheapest car to repair and maintenance. Shady practice. More

They also didn’t refund her the 1000 they were supposed to when her trade went through. She got her car in aug2023 ? Ours in November. I am in market for another vehicle and I will not go here or send anyone else now. We were disappointed for a few other reasons but dealt with it but this is as the icing on the cake 😕 More
