Fraud I purchased a maintenance plan and dropped of my 2019 Santa Fe for an oil change and tire rotation. The service specialist promised that my vehicle wo I purchased a maintenance plan and dropped of my 2019 Santa Fe for an oil change and tire rotation. The service specialist promised that my vehicle would be inspected, tire pressure checked, etc. Pretty basic service. I explained I had not checked the air pressure in a bit, so they might need a bit of air. He said of course they would air them up, because that's part of the service. I picked my car up 4 hours later and the tire pressure light came on while on my way home. 3 of my 4 tires were low. One was considerably low. I received a text asking how my service was and explaining I would receive a survey. I replied that the service was not completed as promised. I didn't receive a reply and I never received the survey. I'm doubting any of the service was done to my vehicle. I doubt the oil was changed and I don't believe the tires were rotated. I paid for this plan and these guys are thieves. I want my money back for my so-called "maintenance plan". Please contact me right away to resolve this. More
I’ve been dealing with this company for several years and the service department has become subpar. The new service advisors lack the interpersonal skills required for the position. I currently have an issue with a recent service I believe wasn't performed as a result of my vehicles performance. I did return to express my issues with no resolve. I foolishly entrusted my vehicle to a mechanic I never visually saw and I've never seen the repair shop. In life you learn and do better moving forward. We recently took it in for an oil change and when we dropped it off there were no visible chips in the windshield and no cracks. Eight hours later we went to pick it up and there was a crack that ran the full length of the windshield. I asked them about replacing the windshield and was told by Dan Jensen (service manager) that it is their policy not to take responsibility for cracked windows. We had a long conversation but the gist of it was I couldn't prove it happened there so it must have been my fault. It was frustrating enough that they wouldn't take responsibility for something that obviously happened when they had the car. The rude and condescending way it was handled was salt in the wound. Still love the Fiat but will never spend another dollar with Bill Luke. More
