Just purchased a 2017 Camaro SS on 12-2-2023. Spoke with a wonderful gentleman on the phone (Steven) who prepared my deal but was not present when I purchased the car. Hats off to the Service Department. We had an emergency, we had lost valuable documents under the console and we only had a few hours before we needed to use those documents. We know We had an emergency, we had lost valuable documents under the console and we only had a few hours before we needed to use those documents. We know how busy they are and thought they could never have enough time to help us. They made room for us and within minutes they were able to get into the console and recover the lost documents. They really saved our bacon................oops, not that bacon. We have always been able to depend on them for the best service (20 years). A huge thank you to Kevin (service Mgr.) for giving us the help we needed and to Rick (A+ Tech) for his expert knowledge and skill. He was able to pull it off in less than 15 minutes from the time I drove onto the lot. Amazing...... Just goes to show you what happens when you're dealing with the best.
