I had a horrible time with the service center for my 2019 Corolla. I brought my car in because I started to hear a noise near the display console. When I brought my car in for a 5000 mile inspection, I offered to stay in person to help explain the sound issue. After waiting 3 hours and hearing nothing on my car, I went to check on it. They had my car waiting and said they couldn't replicate the noise. Someone frustrated for waiting, I immediately replicated the noise and they're response was that "sometimes that happens". The explanation was that it was a part of the climate control system that makes noise, sometimes louder, sometimes nothing, but they won't fix it. I never had this issue with my old Corolla and they said it's a part only newer models have. I find it unlikely Toyota just makes noisier parts now, so I left and filled out a negative response to a survey that Bill Page sent out. They reach out two weeks later from the manager saying they are sorry and will look again if I want. I thought I would try again and brought my car in. This time when I replicated the noise, the service manager said he didn't hear anything, so it went from an unfixable part to I'm hearing things that no one else can. They kept my car for the day to look at it more, and not surprising at all, found nothing. They wasted two days of my time not fixing my car. What made it worse was having to explain the sound my car is making while sitting in the car and them saying they no longer hear it. They have lost my business from this poor service. More

When we are lucky, we find service providers who are very good at what they do. Mr. Phong certainly qualifies. But it is rare to find someone who really loves what s/he does. That's Mr. Phong! For example, I called him this week to work out a plan for me to bring in my Prius late for its routine service, because of social-distancing restrictions. He made it clear that, "because you are my customer," he would take care of me whenever that was - whatever Toyota's policy might be. That was great! But then, the next day, he called back to say that he had been thinking about my situation that night. He offered to come personally to my house, pick up the car, make sure that only he and one technician worked on it, then wipe everything down before returning it to me - all that very afternoon. Outstanding service from an outstanding manager! More

Damage to car I needed a service on my Camry after driving 2500 miles from Arizona. I waited for my vehicle about 3 hours. When I left the dealer I went home to my I needed a service on my Camry after driving 2500 miles from Arizona. I waited for my vehicle about 3 hours. When I left the dealer I went home to my parents house. I went to this dealer because they were close to my parents house. I had come to take care of my parents as this being close I went to this dealer. The day after I had my service my brother noticed a chunk of my sidewall on rear tire on the passenger side. I took the car up the dealer the very next day and confronted the dealership. They informed me that they had no curbs on the premises. I informed them that it was struck but an object. They told me their service manager was not available and they would have him call me. I never heard from the dealer until I called them. This time the manager was there and told me their employees do not lie and they would have said something to him if they damaged my vehicle. I can only say that this dealer is very careless and reckless with people's car. I would highly recommend to anyone to go somewhere else for any needs they may have with their vehicle. More

He took care of his customer and anyone who knows what customer service is about knows that this is the only thing that matters. It is because of his effort to ensure I was taken care of that I am editing my intial response. He is a fair man and I appreciate him hearing me out and going above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Rude & Insulting Service Staff In response to a safety recall notice from Toyota to fix a supplemental restraint system electronic control unit (SRS ECU) susceptible to internal sho In response to a safety recall notice from Toyota to fix a supplemental restraint system electronic control unit (SRS ECU) susceptible to internal short circuiting which could inadvertently cause the front airbags to deploy, we took our vehicle to Bill Page Toyota. After the SRS ECU repair, the first night we drove the car we noticed that the dash lights were not working. So, we called the service department, described the nature and timing of the problem, suggested that the two problems may be related, and asked for another service appointment. When we arrived on Saturday as agreed, we were informed we would have to bring the car back again during the week when the technician required to diagnose the problem was present. Not what we wanted to hear, but no fuss was made. Three days later, I called to inform that we had to reschedule. But instead of rescheduling, the service representative kept insisting that the two problems were unrelated. Simply needing an appointment to get the problem fixed, I asked to speak with the service manager. Well, if the service representative was bad, the service manager was worse! While the service representative was inattentive and uncooperative, the service manager was also rude and insulting. It was not the type of treatment we expect anywhere in America, much less at a Toyota dealership. We did not buy our vehicle at Pill Page Toyota and the dealership may not make much money when they have to service safety recalls, but the behavior of the service staff at Bill Page Toyota was unwarranted and unacceptable. He help On Oct 17, 2015, I brought my 2007 Toyota Sienna in for service and for an issue with the passenger seat. Mr. Tu Tran was the service advisor. He helped to correct the issue with the passenger seat on the spot and proceeded with explanation on a recall of spare tire cable that I missed. An excellent service and thank you. Harry D. More
