When work requires more than and hour or two, they are quick to offer a loaner car. I bought my last vehicle here and will no doubt buy the next one as well. Took car in for an emissions check. The man checking me in noted my state inspection sticker was also about to expire. I had both checks made and was out of the shop in about 490 minutes. Painless! I purchased my 2019 Highlander new from Bill Page Toyota based on these criteria: 1] the excellent reputation for customer service after the sale; 2] the outstanding performance record of Toyota product based on these criteria: 1] the excellent reputation for customer service after the sale; 2] the outstanding performance record of Toyota products as a whole, especially the Highlander; 3] my previous fourteen year relationship with the Bill Page Automotive Group as a customer at Bill Page Honda; 4] a truly memorable and pleasant experience at the time of vehicle selection and purchase. My experience today has only reinforced the original decision to buy a new Highlander from Bill Page Toyata as the best one for me. I am a very satisfied customer, and hope to be so for many more years. More

We have had Toyota service maintenance for 20 years on our Corolla and Camry, and Mr. Tu Tran (service advisor) has been very helpful on our vehicles. We had to move oversea (Japan) on Aug. 31, 2020 for g our Corolla and Camry, and Mr. Tu Tran (service advisor) has been very helpful on our vehicles. We had to move oversea (Japan) on Aug. 31, 2020 for good, and we called him to take Camry 2001 for free since we just have to get rid of the vehicle (just donation), and he gave us advice just bring the vehicle on our convenience which was Aug. 30, telling us just drop the vehicle. We went Toyota Falls Church, and though the service department was closed on Sunday, sales representative there was very helpful to leave the key and title (gave us advice how to transfer the title). All in all, we always have very good experiences with Toyota Falls Church, especially longtime friendly service by Mr. Tu Tran! from Haruya and Hiroko Tsuchida More
