Brought car in for recall. Had to order a part. Brought car back in 3 days later. Then they lost my key. Then they couldn’t program a replacement key fob for another 2 days Had to order a part. When it comes to simple oil changes, they are fine. But if it’s something bigger and especially if it’s something that should be covered under warranty, they will simply stop replying to your emails.
