Unexpected service need On the way to school in the morning, (hadn’t even left my neighborhood.) my car alerted me to an air tire issue. Long wait time for service. Service dept wait-time could be shorter. I waited over 2 hours for routine maintenance. (At least there’s a nice lounge with TV and free coffee, snac Service dept wait-time could be shorter. I waited over 2 hours for routine maintenance. (At least there’s a nice lounge with TV and free coffee, snacks, etc.). And on top of that, I’m now having an issue with my car that wasn’t there before I had it serviced. Hopefully, I won’t have to wait another 2+ hours to get that fixed. However, my service agent was great - very courteous and helpful. More

I was greeted by a Service Advisor, Sam Leming, and immediately welcomed. Sam was extremely courteous and helpful and got me right in. I enjoyed some snacks in the waiting area and did some internet broken wsing on the desktops provided while waiting. I had a very short wait and Sam came out and went over everything with me. Sam called me the next day to follow up and make sure all was good with my vehicle and that satisfied. This was great Customer Service experience. More
