Purchased my truck certified pre-owned. Only have owned it for 6 months. Took it in for the first oil change and tire rotation service. First they tried to say my first service was not free Only have owned it for 6 months. Took it in for the first oil change and tire rotation service. First they tried to say my first service was not free, which it was because of the agreement at time of purchase. Then they found my service agreement and all seemed fine until they came back to me and said there was a problem with my front driver side brake pad and rotor. They took it apart to see what the problem was because the brakes should not have any issues after only 6 months... they say it has worn out unusually fast. Their explanation was that a rock or piece of gravel must have gotten stuck inside and caused it to wear faster than it should have... which seems like a sorry excuse and made-up story. With this reasoning, they said it is not a manufacturer or installation error, and they could not have it covered under the warranty. They wanted me to pay $380 to replace the front brake pads and rotors and $149 for brake fluid. I declined and will not return for any other services other than the other free oil change when it's due. Arrived at 12:45 and left at 3:18 More
