I had a 12:15 appt. I was there 1.5 hrs and I decided to see where they were on a 15 min oil change. I find a service advisor to check. He came back from the shop and to I was there 1.5 hrs and I decided to see where they were on a 15 min oil change. I find a service advisor to check. He came back from the shop and told me it was almost ready. I look through the window, only to find that they haven't even started the oil change yet. I found that same service advisor and told him that they didn't even started it yet and he said "oh it was a different vehicle then what I thought" after he looked my truck up. So from 12:15 to almost 3 pm for a oil change. I don't typically fill these out but this was something that had to be said. This type of thing happened the last visit too. More
