They did good work and got me in and out quickly, doing exactly what I asked and providing quotes on the tire replacement that I was not prepared to do at this time. exactly what I asked and providing quotes on the tire replacement that I was not prepared to do at this time. More
Upon arriving, everyone had something to do and it did not include greeting me. I was left in my car for a good 5 minutes, until a young man came and asked me to pull up; after that I was left again to wonder "what is next" 3-4 minutes went by and finally greeted by Robert. If the process is to remain in your vehicles until someone greets and direct you to the next phase - that was poorly executed. A person should never have to sit in their vehicle for 8-10 minutes waiting for direction and most importantly be greeted. More
